Test a prototype of clean foam

We have extrusion molding equipment at our company in Plasteco and we make prototype samples.

Small extrusion molding equipment

• φ25 Twin screw - φ50 single screw tandem foam extruder
• Supercritical carbon dioxide / nitrogen quantitative supply device (can also be used in combination)
• Strand die: hole diameter each size, pelletizer
• Circular die: sheet width ~ 500 mm, thickness 0.5 ~ 4 mm, Pinch Roll / Winder
• T die: sheet width ~ 150 mm, thickness 0.2 ~ 3 mm, cooling roll, Pinch Roll

Medium-size extrusion molding equipment

• φ 40 Twin screw - φ 65 single screw tandem type foam extruder
• Supercritical carbon dioxide / nitrogen quantitative supply device (can also be used in combination)
• Strand die: hole diameter each size, pelletizer
• Circular die: sheet width ~ 650 mm, thickness 0.5 ~ 4 mm, Pinch Roll / Winder
• T die: sheet width ~ 400 mm, thickness 0.2 ~ 3 mm, cooling roll, Pinch Roll

Batch sample production of clean foam

We make batch foam sample by autoclave.

Batch foaming equipment

• Autoclave 1 (20 MPa 300 ° C specification ~ 30 mm square sample)
• Autoclave 2 (50 MPa 300 ° C specification ~ 30 mm square sample)
